32-BIT and 64-BIT processors

You’ve probably seen 32-bit and 64-bit options when you download an app or programs. The main difference between 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems is the way that they manage memory.

What is Processor?

A central processing unit, also called a central processor, main processor or just processor, is the electronic circuitry that executes instructions comprising a computer program. The CPU performs basic arithmetic, logic, controlling, and input/output operations specified by the instructions in the program. Wikipedia

Basic Difference

32-bit 64-bit
It supports a maximum of 4GB RAM It supports a maximum of 18EB RAM
It takes 32-bits of data per clock cycle It takes 64-bits of data per clock cycle
It has less data handling It had a large data handling
It provides a worse performance It provides a better performance
It consumes less memory It consumes more memory in comparison
It is outdates in the market. It is latest and trending in the market.

Which processor is best ?

64 bit is always better , in some cases (depending on what kind of work you are doing) it might not matter if its 64 bit or 32 bit. But under no circumstance 32 bit can perform better than 64 bit , it can only match in few cases.
